高速公路联网收费技术的研究

Study of Expressway On-Line Toll Collection Technique

介绍江苏省高速公路路网内的沪宁高速公路 (江苏段 )、锡澄高速公路、江阴长江公路大桥、广靖高速公路及江广高速公路实现联网收费的基本原则 ,联网收费条件及可能存在的问题。并对联网收费提出路网内各条高速公路收费系统必须遵循的规则、现行收费系统的改进方案及对全省收费的规划和研究。

The basic principles,conditions and possible problems of on?line toll collection technique have been introduced in this paper This technique will be used in Jiangsu expressway net,including Hu?Ning Expressway (Jiangsu sector),Xi?Cheng Expressway, Changjiang Highway Bridge of Jiangying, Guangjin Expressway and Jiangguang Expressway The rules which must be abided by every expressway toll system in the net,the improved scheme for new toll system, and the plan and research of the toll system in the whole province are also presented
