在简要介绍抽样调查基本理论的基础上 ,详细说明其在全社会公路、水路运输量统计中的成功应用情况 ,并介绍了目前正在全国应用的公路运输量抽样调查方案。
This paper briefly introduces the basic knowledge of sampling survey technology,then explicates the successful application of this technology in the area of highway and waterway passenger and freight transportation statistics. And the sampling survey scheme of highway passenger and freight transportation statistics is also illustrated in this paper
