摘要
直流电子负载具有负载精度高、稳定性好和方便调节,以及强大的测量和分析控制等特点,极大地提高了电源测试等工作的工作效率。介绍了直流电子负载相关术语,对所有直流电子负载都具备的基本工作模式——定电流模式、定电阻模式的测试原理及电路结构进行了分析,并对这些工作模式的测量不确定度进行了评定。
DC electronic load has a lot of features, such as with a load of high accuracy, good stability, easy to adjust, and powerful measurement and analysis of control functions. All these greatly improve the efficiency of power testing. This article describes the terms of a DC electronic load. Constant current mode and constant resistance mode are the basic operating modes of all DC electronic loads. The testing principle and circuit structure of the two modes is analyzed and the uncertainties of the measurement are estimated.
