摘要
针对目前电子血压计气路密闭性检查设备可靠性差、测量精度和效率低等问题,提出了一种基于可编程、高精度气体压力发生器的自动测试系统,用于血压计产品的压力检定与密闭性检查。系统硬件基于ATMEGA16单片机、KPM直流气泵和BP300T压力传感器而设计。软件上采用PID控制算法,实现压力的精密、稳定控制。此外,系统还可以通过RS232通信接口实现与上位机的数据传输。现场实验表明,系统具有高精度、高效率、低成本、灵活方便等优点,能够实现血压计气路密闭性的高精度、自动化测量。
To solve the problems in the field of the gas sealing performance test of electronic sphygmomanometer, such as poor reliability,low accuracy and efficiency, an automatic test system based on programmable and high precision gas pressure generator is proposed in the paper, which is used for gas sealing performance test of sphygmomanometer products. The hardware of system is designed by ATMEGA16 single-chip, KPM DC air pump and the pressure sensor of BP300T. The software uses PID control algorithm, realize the pressure precision and stability control. The system can implement PC SPC output through RS232 communication interface. Experiments show that the system has advantages of high precision,high efficiency,low cost,and flexible operation etc.
