摘要
介绍了墙纸印刷中色标误差检测的工作原理,它是实现墙纸多套色自动套准的关键环节,并通过QuartusⅡ软件仿真实现预期的结果。同时简单介绍了整体的硬件结构,系统采用可编程控制器件FPGA和VHDL程序设计完成色标误差的检测。通过FPGA丰富的逻辑资源和高速的数据采集实现套印控制中误差检测的准确性,从而提高多套色墙纸印刷的套色精度和印刷速度。
This paper introduces the principle of the wallpaper printing color error detection. It is the key link to realize wallpaper multi-color automatic registration, and through the QuartusII software simulation to achieve the expected results. It introduces the overall hardware structure,and system adopts programmable control devices FPGA and VHDL programming to complete the color code error detection. Through the rich logical resource and high-speed data acquisition of FPGA to achieve overprint control error detection accuracy, thereby improving the multi-color wallpaper printing color accuracy and speed of printing.
