摘要 数据采集系统的校准,是一项烦琐而数据庞大的计量工作。如何准确、高效地完成该项工作成为行业内亟待解决的问题。依据国家技术监督局批准的数据采集系统校准规范,以VB语言为平台,开发数据采集系统校准数据处理及校准证书自动生成软件,并设计开发数据采集系统多项目校准联接器,改进数据采集系统校准过程及数据处理方法。与以往的方法进行了对比,结果表明,校准工作效率与准确性大幅提高,校准过程得到优化。 Calibration of data acquisition systems is a multifarious work,and involves much data needing to deal with. How to calibrate them efficiently and accurately has been always the problem needing to be solved on the testing ground. So,to improve the calibration process and date processing method,this paper develops a software which is used to deal with the calibrating data and generate certificate automaticly based on VB language,a linker used to calibrate multiplex items is also be designed. All of these works according to the data acquisition system calibrating standard authorized by State Bureau of Technical Supervision. Contrasting with the former calibration methods, it shows that the software dealing method and the multiplex items calibration linker can improve the calibration accuracy and calibration efficiency substantially,and the calibrating process is optimized evidently.
