基于MWO的Wilkinson功率分配器的研究与设计 被引量:4

摘要 随着通信设备的小型化和工作频率的不断提高,微带功率分配器在通信设备中被广泛应用正。基于此,在分析功率分配器设计理论的基础上,设计了一微带Wilkinson功率分配器。利用MWO仿真软件进行了具体微带电路建模,并进行了优化设计,对该功率分配器的S参数进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明达到了设计要求。最后给出功率分配器三维布线图。 As the miniaturization and the working frequency increase of the communication equipment,microstrip power divider is widely used in communications equipment. Based on this, this article designs a microstrip Wilkinson power divider based on the analysis of power divider design theory. Using the MWO simulation software, the microstrip circuit structure model is designed, and the model is optimized. The S-parameters of the power splitter is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the design meets design requirement. Finally,the three-dimensional wiring diagram of the power divider is done.
