Analysis on the influencing factors of delivery modes in 1 128 parturient women

目的:探讨剖宫产率增高的影响因素。方法:选择2008年1128例分娩病例,应用多因素非条件Logistic回归模型,对6个可能与分娩方式有关的因素进行分析。结果:剖宫产率为66.22%;影响分娩方式的因素有产妇的民族、入院时病情、年龄、产妇或胎儿的合并症。结论:降低剖宫产率应把握合并症的诊断标准,并做好孕产期保健和产前宣教工作。

Objective ： To explore the influencing factors of increase of cesarean section rate. Methods： A total of 1 128 parturient women were selected in 2008, non - conditional multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze six probable related factors of delivery modes. Results： The cesarean section rate was 66. 22%. The influencing factors of delivery modes included maternal nationality, pathogenetic condition on admission, age, and maternal or fetal complications. Conclusion： To reduce cesarean section rate, the diagnostic criteria should be grasped, maternal health care and prenatal propaganda and education should be conducted.
