促孕汤联合阿司匹林对克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的影响

Effect of promoting pregnancy soup combined with aspirin on clomiphene citrate for treatment of ovulation barrier infertility

目的:观察促孕汤与阿司匹林联合对克罗米芬(CC)促排卵周期子宫内膜发育、黄体功能及临床妊娠率的影响。方法:对2007年1月～2010年1月荆门市第二人民医院60例排卵障碍的患者随机分为克罗米芬组(Ⅰ组),克罗米芬+阿司匹林组(Ⅱ组),克罗米芬+阿司匹林+促孕汤(Ⅲ组),每组20例,观察3组患者HCG日和排卵后7天子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉搏动指数(PI)、子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI),排卵后7天孕酮水平和临床妊娠率。结果:Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组HCG日和排卵后7天子宫内膜厚度显著高于Ⅰ组,但PI和RI低于Ⅰ组。Ⅲ组排卵后7天孕酮水平、临床妊娠率显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组。结论:促孕汤与阿司匹林联合应用可以改善克罗米芬促排卵引起的子宫内膜发育不良,提高孕酮水平,有助于提高临床妊娠率。

Objective： To observe the effect of promoting pregnancy soup combined with aspirin on clomiphene citrate for promoting development of endometrium, luteal function, and clinical pregnancy rate. Methods ： A total of 60 patients with ovulation barrier who were treated in the hospital from January 2007 to January 2010 were randomly divided into clomiphene citrate group （ group A） , clomiphene citrate ＋ aspirin group （ group B）, and clomiphene citrate ＋ aspirin ＋ promoting pregnancy soup group （ group C ） , 20 patients in each group; the endometrial thicknesses, uterine artery pulsatility indexes （PI）, and resistance indexes （RI） of uterine artery blood flow on HCG injection day and 7 days after ovulation, the levels of progestogen and clinical pregnancy rates at 7 days after ovulation in the three groups were ob- served. Results： The endometrial thicknesses on HCG injection day and at 7 days after ovulation in group B and group C were significantly higher than that in group A, but PI and RI were lower than those in group A ; the level of progestogen and clinical pregnancy rate at 7 days after ovulation in group C were higher than those in group A and group B. Conclusion： Promoting pregnancy soup and aspirin can improve endometrial maldevelopment induced by elomiphene citrate during ovulation induction treatment and improve progestogen level, which is helpful to increase clinical pregnancy rate.
