子宫内膜异位症患者手术+药物综合治疗临床研究

Clinical study on the curative effect of surgery combined with drug therapy for treatment of patients with endometriosis

目的:比较单用手术治疗与手术+药物综合治疗子宫内膜异位症效果。方法:回顾分析2006～2010年平顶山市妇幼保健院收治的119例子宫内膜异位症患者临床资料。结果:手术组21例单纯采用手术治疗治愈率为0,术后4年复发率76.19%(16/21);手术+药物综合治疗组98例治愈率为67.35%(66/98),4年复发率为9.18%(9/98),两组治愈率和复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论:手术+药物综合治疗子宫内膜异位症治愈率高,效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To compare the curative effects of simple surgical therapy and surgery combined with drug therapy for treatment of patients with endometriosis. Methods： The clinical data of 119 patients with endometriosis who were treated in the hospital from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The curative rate of 21 patients in surgery group was 0, and the recurrence rate at four years after surgery was 76. 19% （16/21） ; the curative rate of 98 patients in surgery ＋ drug therapy group was 67.35% （66/98）, and the recurrence rate at four years after surgery was 9. 18% （9/98） , there was statistically significant difference in the curative rate and recurrence rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The curative rate of surgery combined with drug therapy was high for treatment of endometriosis, which is worthy to be spread and applied in clinic.
