航天产品精益装配平台集成技术研究

Research on the Integration Technologies of Aerospace Products Lean Assembly Platform

以实施航天产品装配精益生产为工程应用背景,研究了基于Web Service的精益装配平台集成技术。基于对航天产品装配生产管理现状的讨论,分析了精益装配平台集成需求。设计了包括基础数据管理、装配工艺设计管理、准时装配管理等模块的精益装配平台功能模型。应用SOA设计思想,搭建了含有客户层、业务层、服务层和数据层的精益装配平台4层架构。讨论了精益装配平台实现技术,为航天产品精益装配的全面实施提供支撑环境。

It researches a technology of lean assembly platform integration base on Web service, reviews the engineering application of the lean production method in aerospace product process. On the basis of analyzing the situation of manufacture management for assembly integration, it designs a functional model of lean assembly platform, presents the basic data management, assembly process design management, just in time assembly management and so on. It builds a four - layer structure with the application of SOA, describes the client layer, operation layer, service layer and data layer, develops a supporting environment for the full implementation of Lean assembly.
