摘要 通过运用CATIA三维软件对卡通食品加工设备整机进行数字化建模,利用有限元软件AnsysWorkbench对卡通食品加工设备关键支撑件机架进行有限元分析,简化了机架结构模型,并建立了机架结构优化设计数学模型,在保证安全性的前提下,运用有限元软件对机架进行轻量化优化设计,节约了企业成本,提高了经济效益。 It establishes the whole machine structure modeling of the cartoon food processing equipment based on CATIA system, uses the finite element software AnsysWorkbeneh to analyze the key supporting part - frame of this equipment, simplifies the frame structure model, and sets up the mathematical model for optimal design of the frame structure. On the premise of safety guarantee, it realizes the lightweight design optimization. This method saves the cost and improves the economic efficiency of enterprises.
