RP制造流程服务的自主管理应用研究

摘要 基于快速成形网络化集成服务系统,结合自主计算的相关理论,提出了一种面向快速成形流程服务的自管理框架,针对流程服务的特性,以实际应用案例的角度分别从自配置、自优化、自保护等方面对其自我管理的特性进行了分析,为提高系统管理的自治性提供了有效的技术理论支持,并实现了系统的自主管理等功能。通过案例应用对制造流程服务进行了测试,验证了该方法的有效性。 Based on the integrated service system of RP and the theory of autonomic computing system, it propo- ses a self - management framework for RP manufacturing process service. According to process service characteristics, it analyses the self management from the self - configuration, self - optimization and self - protection in view of the practical cases. It provides an effective technology theoretical support for improving the autonomy of system management which achieves the functions such as description of domain ontology and autonomic management of system. The manufacturing process service of RP has been tested and verified by practical cases in many enterprises, and the method is proved effective.
