针对开炼机耗电量大的问题,运用无功功率补偿的原理和方法进行节能改造,介绍了确定补偿装置容量和效益的计算方法。通过改造降低了开炼机的耗电量,从而使设备利用率得到了提高。
It uses the method of reactive power compensation to solve the great power consumption of mixing mill, and introduces the process to determine the capacity of the compensation device and the way to calculate the benefits. Through the improvement, the power consumption of mill is reduced and equipment utilization is improved.
