摘要
从产业安全视角分析我国高速公路产业发展面临的主要问题,以投融资体制、生态环境和核心竞争力三个维度建立高速公路产业安全预警指标体系,并且应用模糊综合评价法对我国高速公路产业安全进行评价,根据实证分析结果,提出提升我国高速公路产业安全性的政策建议。
In this paper,from the perspective of industrial security,we analyzed the major problems encountered in the development of the expressway industry in China,established the expressway industrial security pre-warning index system on the dimensions of investment and financing institution,ecological environment and core competitiveness,and then evaluated the expressway industry of China using FAHP.Finally,in accordance with the result of an empirical analysis,we proposed the suggestions for the policy-making in improving the security of the expressway industry of China.
