摘要
阐述了供应链环境下物流企业竞争力的实现方式,提出了供应链合作伙伴的选择指标和物流企业竞争力的评价指标,在此基础上指出河北省物流企业现有的问题,并进一步对其如何提高竞争力提出了相关建议,明确指出第三方物流企业要想做大做强,获得长久的竞争优势,就必须实施供应链物流战略,加快企业改造的步伐,以更优的质量在激烈的市场竞争中占有优势,提高自身的核心竞争力。
In this paper,we introduced the method for the realization of logistics enterprise competitivity in supply chain environment and proposed the index for the selection of supply chain partners and for the evaluation of logistics enterprise competitivity.Then on such basis,we pointed out the existing problems for the logistics enterprises in Hebei and further gave suggestions on how to improve enterprise competitivity.
