基于成本调查的西安市中小物流企业运行效率分析与思考

Analysis of Operational Efficiency of Small-and-medium-sized Logistics Enterprises in Xi'an Based on Cost Surveying

通过对西安市中小物流企业实地调查,从成本的角度出发分析中小物流企业成本构成,通过探析导致各项成本发生的原因分析中小物流企业运行效率和引致成本升高的原因,并提出提高西安市中小物流企业运行效率、降低成本的具体实施措施。

In this paper,through field surveying the small-and-medium-sized enterprises of Xi＇an,we analyzed the composition of the cost of small-and-medium-sized enterprises,explored the reasons for the low operational efficiency and high cost of the enterprises by studying the causes for the various costs,and then proposed the specific measures for the improving of the operational efficiency and the lowering of the cost of the enterprises.
