从二元论的角度出发,对当前我国物流企业人力资源外包利弊进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了针对风险的防范措施。

In this paper,from the perspective of the duality theory,we analyzed the pros and cons of the human resource outsourcing of the Chinese logistics enterprises in the current stage,on the basis of which we gave the measures for risk prevention.
