摘要
在人力资源理论研究的基础上,分析了影响物流员工工作满意度的主要因素,并结合实际案例,探讨了当前物流企业员工工作满意度的现状,在此基础上寻求提高员工满意度的人力资源管理途径。
In this paper,we analyzed the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of employees at logistics enterprises and in connection with practical cases,discussed the current status of job satisfaction of the logistics enterprises,on the basis of which we explored the paths for its improvement.
