摘要
首先介绍了第三方物流仓储的基本内涵及其发展现状,然后在阐述了与第三方物流仓储相关的法律责任类型和法律关系框架的基础上,提出了通过建立物流服务标准化技术规程体系和建立责任保险制度,来减少和规避相关的法律责任和风险。
In this paper,we first introduced the basic intension and development status of third party logistics warehousing,then proposed the reduce and prevent relevant legal liabilities and risks through establishing the logistics service standard technology specification system and the liability insurance system.
