基于供应链管理的中高职“无缝衔接”人才培养模式初探——以黄冈市职业教育为例

Study on Seamless Talent Training Inoculation in Middle and Higher Vocational Education Based on SCM:a Case Study

以黄冈市职业教育为例,针对性地分析了职业教育发展中存在的中高职教育衔接力度不够的问题,提出了基于供应链管理视角下的中高职"无缝衔接"发展模式并剖析了其形成机理,明确发挥政府在职业教育资源"无缝衔接"中的主导作用,改变传统的职业教育教学体系,实行职业教育分级,实施基于供应链管理的高职院校招生的多样化探索。

In this paper,in the case of vocational education in Huanggang,we analyzed the problem of the poor inoculation of the middle and higher vocational education,proposed the seamless inoculation mode from the perspective of supply chain management,clarified the role played by the government in this process and explored several paths to improve the vocational education.
