摘要
介绍了德钦县草地利用现状,分析了造成草地退化的原因,针对这些因素,从草地生态保护补助奖励机制、实施退牧还草工程、以草定畜,草畜平衡等方面提出德钦县草地保护的措施。
Based on the survey of grassland in Deqin County, the cause of grassland degradation can be attributed to unbalance use and over- grazing of grassland, exploiting grassland to plant crop and trees. In order to improve the grassland and provide reference for the sustainable u- tilization of grassland resources in southern areas in China, approaches and suggestions like grassland ecological compensation mechanism, im- plementation of returning grazing land to grass and decision of livestock numbers basing on grass yield have been put forward.
