金威消石颗粒对大鼠肝肾及凝血功能影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨金威消石颗粒对大鼠肝肾及凝血功能的影响。方法:健康SD大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为金威消石颗粒高、中、低剂量组及空白对照组,分别经胃灌注不同浓度的金威消石颗粒混悬液和蒸馏水,12.5mL/kg,每天2次,每周给药6天,连续3月。然后经腹腔动脉取血1mL,检查肝肾功能和凝血酶原时间(PT)。结果:与空白对照组比较,金威消石颗粒低剂量组大鼠血浆白蛋白降低(P<0.05),中剂量组碱性磷酸酶增高(P<0.05),但均在正常范围内,无明显生物学意义。各剂量组大鼠血浆转氨酶、肾功能及PT与空白对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:金威消石颗粒给药3月对大鼠肝肾及凝血功能未产生明显不良反应。 Objective: To study the impact of Jinwei Xiaoshi Granule (JXG) on hepatorenal function and coagulation function in rats. Methods: Forty healthy SD rats, half in male, were randomly divided into high-, middle- and low-dose JXG groups (in the dosages of 40.0, 27.0 and 13.0g/L respectively) and blank control group. JXG and distilled water at 12.SmL/kg were given to the rats by gastric infusion, respectively, twice daily, 6 days per week, and the treatment lasted 3 months. At the end of the experiment, one miiiliter of blood was taken from rat celiac artery for measurement of hepatorenal function and prothrom- bin time. Results: As compared with blank control group, blood albumin level was lower (P 〈 0.05) in low-dosage group, and alkaline phosphatase level was higher (P 〈 0.05) in middle-dosage group, whereas all of them were within normal ranges. There was no significant difference in plasma aminotransferase, renal function and prothrombin time between three JXG groups and blank control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: JXG exhibits no obvious adverse reaction on hepatorenal function and coagulation function in rats after 3 months' medication.
