摘要
目的:观察抗复感合剂1号对脾虚小鼠小肠运动功能及脾脏免疫器官指数的影响。方法:将小鼠40只,随机分4组,脾虚模型组、抗复感合剂1号高剂量组(高剂量组)、抗复感合剂1号低剂量组(低剂量组)和正常对照组,每组10只,正常对照组及模型组给予生理盐水,高剂量组、低剂量组每天分别灌胃抗复感合剂1号50.0mL/kg、25.0mL/kg。每天2次,连续15天。观察21天。结果:高剂量组11天体重、炭末移动距离、炭末移动距离/幽门至回盲端距离,与脾虚模型组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。低、高剂量组脾脏重量与脾虚模型组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗复感合剂1号对脾虚小鼠小肠运动功能及脾脏免疫器官指数有明显的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of No. 1 Kang Fugan Mixture (KFM1) on small Intestinal Motor Function and Immune Organ Index of Spleen Deficiency Mice. Methods: Forty mice were equally divided into 4 groups (male in half in each group), i.e., spleen deficiency model group, high-dose KFM1 group, low-dose KFM1 group, and normal control group. Mice in the normal control group and spleen deficiency model group were treated with saline orally, while KFM1 group were treated with KFM1 orally at the dosage of 50.0mL/kg and 25.0mL/kg, respectively. Results: Compared with spleen deficiency model group, the moving distance of carbon powder and the ratio of carbon powder moving distance to the distance of pylorus to the ileocecal end were improved in high-dose KFM1 group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). The spleen mass in KFM1 groups differed from that in the model group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: KFM1 has an obvious effect on improving small intestinal motor function and immune organ index of spleen deficiency mice.
