偏心距对偏心挤压一次成型铝合金弯管的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过Deform-3D有限元软件分析了偏心距对5052铝合金弯管曲率的影响,得到在不同偏心距下的曲率-行程曲线。结果表明,在弯曲过程中管材随着偏心距的增大呈现的弯曲越大。在同一偏心距下,弯管的曲率与行程之间呈线性变化。同时也得到了偏心距与曲率斜率之间的关系。 In this research, the effect of the eccentric distance on curvature of 5052 aluminum alloy bending tube was analyzed based on the Deform-3D software environment. The curvature-stroke curve at different eccentric distances is obtained. The results indicate that the tube takes on a larger bend, with the eccentric distance increased during the bending process. The curvature of the bending tube takes a linear change with the increase of the stroke at the same eccentric distance. The relationship between the slope of curvature and the eccentric distance is obtained. This research has a significant effect on practical die design.
