摘要
运用ADAMS软件对三相并联曲柄摇块(GUSA)型脉动式无级变速器运动链结构形式和实际机构运动简图的分析和研究,表明GUSA型变速器结构设计满足运动学要求且提高了机构的动力学性能。通过ADAMS的参数化建模,详细讨论了曲柄和机架长度改变对机构的运动学特性和传力特性的影响,为其调速机构设计提供了有益的参考。
The movement chain structure patterns of GUSA impulse variable speed device and actual kinematic diagram of mechanism are analyzed and researched by applying ADAMS software, it shows that the structure design of the GUSA impulse variable speed device meets the requirements of kinematics, and improves its dynamic performance. By parametric modeling with ADAMS software, the effect on kinematics characteristics and force transmission characteristics by change in length of crank and rack is discussed in detail, having provided the design of control frameworks with the beneficial reference.
