摘要
针对金川集团龙首矿的特点,通过技术改造与工艺创新,提出了浅层矿区加压充填技术、细砂搅拌管道充填与加压泵送砼体相结合的充填工艺,解决了原有充填输送工艺中存在的问题,提高了充填生产能力和充填强度。
Aiming at the features of Longshou Mine of Jinchuan Group, a new backfill technology is proposed through technical transformation and innovation, including pressurized filling in shallow mining area and filling by sand slurry pipelines, combined with reinforced concrete being transported by pressure pump. This new technology has solved the existing problem in the backfill transportation, but also improved the mine productivity and backfill strength.
