摘要
针对建水某铅锌硫矿石,采用混选铅硫-选硫化锌矿-再选(浮选或重选)氧化锌矿的流程,可以得到铅品位55.71%、铅回收率63.11%的硫化铅精矿,锌品位48.28%、锌回收率28.71%的硫化锌精矿,及锌品位31.24%、锌回收率52.88%的氧化锌精矿,有价元素得到了有效回收。
To recover a certain lead-zinc-sulfur ore from Jianshui, a flowsheet consisting of a Pb-S bulk flotation, a zinc sulfide flotation, and a further concentration of zinc oxide using flotation or gravity separation process, was adopted. The results of closed-circuit test show that, a lead sulfide concentrate with a Pb grade and recovery of 55. 71% and 63.11% , respectively, and a zinc sulfide concentrate with a Zn grade and recovery of 48.28% and 28.71% , respec- tively, can be prepared. Meanwhile, a zinc oxide concentrate with a Zn grade and recovery of 31.24% and 52.88% , respectively, can be produced. Using this technique, valuable elements can be reclaimed effectively.
