钴白合金在弱酸溶液中的选择性浸出工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 在稀盐酸体系中,采用空气作氧化剂选择性浸出钴白合金中有价金属。结果表明,在反应温度85℃,固液比1∶10,搅拌强度1 000 r/min,浸出时间为12 h,体系酸过量15%,空气通入量为4 L/min,添加剂NL用量为4%(相对钴白合金)的优化浸出条件下进行连续浸出实验,钴、铜、镍的浸出率分别为95.27%、95.14%和94.28%。 Valuable metals were selectively leached from cobalt white alloy by using air as oxidant in diluted hydrochlo- ric acid system. Continuous leaching tests were conducted under the following optimum leaching conditions : at a reaction temperature of 85 ℃ ,with solid-to-liquid ratio of 1: 10, agitation speed of 1 000 r/rain and leaching time of 12 h, with a 15% excess of system acid, an air flux of 4 L/min, and the dosage of additive NL being 4% (relative to cobalt white alloy). Results showed the leaching rate of Co, Cu and Ni reached up to 95.27% ,95.14% and 94.28% , respectively.
