七叶皂苷钠在混合痔术后应用的临床观察120例

Clinical Observation on120 cases of Afteroperation of Mixed Hemorrhoid by Treatment with Sodium Aescinate

目的探讨七叶皂苷钠在混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛的影响。方法 120例混合痔术后患者随机分治疗组和对照组,各组60例,治疗组应用七苷钠20mg溶于5%GS500mL中静滴,每日1次,其余治疗与对照组的处理相同。结果治疗组混合痔术后水肿和疼痛减轻,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠在混合痔术后创面消肿和止痛疗效确切。

Objective To probe the effect of sodium aescinate on postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 120 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with sodium aescinate, 20rag sodium aescinate dissolved in 500 ml 5%G. S were given by intravenous drip once per day. The other treatment were same to the control group. And the control group not use sodium aescinate. Results Less patients of edema and less pain in the treat- ment group. Comparison of two group has significant deviation（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Sodium aescinate has certain effect on lessenning postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoid.
