加强考务管理,强化作弊防范是实现考试公平、确保考试安全的重要手段。本文针对CET考试人数多、作弊手段新、管理难度大的特点,提出了"考务管理十规范,作弊防范六强化"的工作标准,论述了考务管理的试题管理、考场布置、监考抽调、考试培训、试题发收、考生入场、监考过程、监督监控、听力播放、作弊处理等十大环节的规范实施,从氛围营造、考前教育、环境整治、技术防范、强化监考、严厉打击等六个方面加强作弊防范的系统化,对于组织实施CET考试具有一定的指导意义。
