摘要
跟踪节能减排国际公约规范发展动态,按照我国由造船大国向造船强国转变的总体发展思路,研究应对措施,梳理节能减排绿色环保共性研究的发展策略,为制定我国自己的绿色船舶配套规范标准提供参考。
This paper tracks the international convention＇ s developments on emission reduction and energy saving standards, according to the overall development ideas of transformation from shipbuilding country to shipbuilding power, study on response measures, sorts of development strategy for the common green technology research on low-emission and energy-saving for the development of our own green marine equipment specification standards for reference.
