摘要
为研究全地形车水上行驶性能,应用计算流体力学(CFD)理论,利用流体计算软件STAR-CCM+进行水上绕流场和运行阻力预报,并结合相关试验数据证明了模拟的可靠性。选用SST湍流模型、流体体积法(VOF)和非稳态模型对车体绕流场进行数值模拟,得到全地形车在最大设计吃水深度,以最高设计速度航行的行驶阻力、浮力及兴波特性,为水陆两栖全地形车减少阻力、优化外形,提高最大承载能力提供了方法参考。
To will be carried out research rideability by using computa of AVT in water, prediction of flow field and steering resistance tional fluid software STAR -CCM + based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. The numerical simulation of the free surface flow is carried out on SST turbulence model, volume of fluid(VOF) method and implicit unsteady model. The steering resistance, buoyancy force and wave of models are obtained when the ATV is operating by the most design loading and the maximum design velocity. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation provides a reference method to reduce resistance, optimize shape and improve the maximum carrying capacity of the amphibious ATV.
