The paper introduces the basic principle for the energy-saving water source heat pump center air-conditioner,has the detailed indication of the ＂green,environmental-friendly,energy-saving and comfortable＂ new resource,undertakes the comparative analysis by comparing it with other resources by the list intercomparison from the comfortableness,the initial investment and the running cost,and concludes the energy-saving geothermic air-conditioner can bring newer and more comfortable living environment
