对我国现有智能建筑节能技术进行综合阐述,并对其存在的问题进行了详细的梳理和分析,通过分析智能建筑节能的特点,从强化建筑节能参与主体意识、加强智能建筑节能设计前期规划、规范智能建筑运营管理等方面提出解决问题的办法,对我国建筑节能事业的发展具有重要意义。

This paper made comprehensive summary to our country existing energy-saving technologies of intelligent buildings,and made detailed analysis on existing problems.Through the analysis on the energy-saving features of intelligent building,proposed solution to the problem from strengthening building energy-saving subject consciousness,strengthening the early planning of intelligent building energy-saving design,standard intelligent building operation and management and other aspects,had important meaning to the development of our country building energy-saving enterprise.
