摘要
鉴于我国目前的监理主要集中在施工阶段,根据控制论原理从事前、事中、事后三个阶段介绍了监理投资控制的方法和应用,以促进参建单位加强管理,使有限的资源得到充分的利用。
In light of domestic supervision centralizing in construction phase at present,the paper introduces the supervision investment control methods and application at pre-the matter phase,in-the matter phase and after-the mater phase according to controlling theory,with a view to promote construction units to strengthen management and to fully utilize limited sources.
