摘要
首先分析了目前民办高职院校师资队伍的现状,指出了师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,然后分析了影响师资建设的主要因素,最后对存在的问题提出了解决方法,以提高师资队伍质量。
The existing problems were presented based on the analyzing the present situation of teaching procession in private vocational college.Then this paper analysed the main factors that affecting the construction of qualified teachers.At last,some suggestions were provided for some existing problems,so as to improve the quality of teaching procesion.
