通过分析高校后勤管理中存在的问题,结合国外高校管理的经验,坚持从实际出发,从高校管理运作模式、服务内容、资产管理、发展趋势方面对建设我国特色的后勤管理进行了路径探讨,从而构筑新型的高校后勤管理体系。

The management mode of college logistics management was analysed,and the management experience of foreign college was combined,and persist in proceed from objective realities.The route for reforming logistic management of college,which suit our country characteristic,was chosen based on operational mode,contents of services,asset management,development trends,so as to establish the new logistics management system in colleges.
