摘要
基于广西工学院工程应用型人才培养的实践,提出人才培养方案的制订关于在做好顶层设计、优化课程体系、完善机制体制三个方面的工作,并以此保证人才培养的质量。
Based on the training practice of applied engineering talents in Guangxi University of Technology, the paper puts forward talent training scheme, which includes three aspects doing good top -level design, optimizing curriculum system, and perfecting the mechanism, so that we can guarantee the quality of talent cultivation.
