摘要
目的:观察冠心七味胶囊(GXQWJN)对冠脉结扎致心肌缺血犬是否具有保护作用及其作用机制。方法:构建冠脉结扎致心肌缺血犬模型,观察冠心七味胶囊对心电图、心肌梗死范围、心肌酶、血液粘滞度、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和氧自由基代谢产物丙二醛(malonal-dehyde,MDA)等的影响;观察冠心七味胶囊对麻醉犬心功能、血液流变学和血流动力学的影响。结果:冠心七味胶囊可剂量依赖性降低心肌缺血犬缺血程度(∑-ST)、缺血范围(N-ST)和心肌梗死范围;冠心七味胶囊可剂量依赖性降低心肌缺血犬血清乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)及磷酸肌酸激酶(creatine phosphate kinase,CK)水平;冠心七味胶囊剂量依赖性降低心肌缺血犬血清中血栓素B2(TXB2)和MDA含量,增强其血清中SOD活力。结论:冠心七味胶囊可剂量依赖性缩小心肌缺血犬的心肌缺血范围及程度,其机制可能与其增强SOD活性,清除氧自由基有关。
Objective:To observe whether GXQWJN can protect the dogs of myocardium ischemic which caused by ligation of a coronary artery.Methods:To study GXQWJN on the effects of electrocardiograph(ECG),the range of myocardial infarction,the change of myocardial enzymes,blood viscosity,the activity of SOD and MDA levels in experimental dogs by ligating the coronary arteries.To study GXQWJN on the effects of heart function,blood rheology and hemodynamic in anesthetized dogs.Results:GXQWJN could dose-dependently significantly reduced N-ST,∑-ST,the range of myocardial infarction and the levels of LDH and CK in experimental dogs by ligating the coronary arteries.GXQWJN could dose-dependently significantly reduced the levels of TXB2 and MDA,Enhanced the activity of SOD.Conclusion:GXQWJN can protect the myocardium of myocardium ischemic dogs caused by ligation of a coronary artery,which is related to increased activity of SOD.
