摘要 近年来,由于抗菌药物的广泛使用,尤其是第三代头孢菌素及碳青霉烯类抗生素的不合理使用,细菌耐药现象越来越严重,临床分离的多重耐药菌株日益增多,给实验室诊断和抗感染治疗带来极大困难。肠杆菌科细菌耐药的主要机制是产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)和碳青霉烯酶,可以导致多重耐药的发生,因此有必要增加此类酶的检测,
