摘要
针对N30-3.43汽轮机组因速关阀卡涩超时关闭造成汽轮机飞车,进行原因分析,对造成卡涩的各项因素:阀杆弯曲,硬质杂物,氧化皮,积盐,机械杂质,油质劣化产生油垢,回油不畅进行相应处理,确保了安全运行。
Analysis of the quick-closing valve of the No. 30-3.43 steam turbine which was jammed and timeout closed when it was working, the various reasons of this problem are bent stem, hard sundries, oxide, salt accumulation, mechanical impurities, oil deterioration and blocking oil. These issues were solved and operated safely.
