摘要
介绍了高炉煤气的特性,分析了利用高炉煤气锅炉发电和纯燃高炉煤气锅炉大型化中会出现的问题,以及解决这些问题的方法。通过对1台220t/h纯燃高炉煤气锅炉经济分析,证明了蓄热稳燃装置在纯燃高炉煤气锅炉中的作用。
The characteristics of blast furnace gas were introduced, the problems may occur in blast pure furnace gas fired boiler with large capacity and the solving measures were described. By the economical analysis of a 220 t/h blast pure furnace gas fired boiler, the function of heat accumulation device installed in boiler was proofed.
