摘要
旨在统一全自动凯氏定氮仪的校准方法,本文从仪器的工作原理及结构入手,对该类仪器提出了检测限、测量线性、回收率、精密度等性能评价参数,规范了校准方法,分析了仪器常见的故障及排除方法,校准及维护方法科学合理且可操作性强,有力保证了测量数据的准确性、溯源性,对计量检定机构开展校准工作及今后规程的制定提供了参考。
For unifying the calibration method of automatic Kjeldahl analyzer,combining with the working principle and structure of the instrument,this paper proposes performance evaluation parameters including the detection limit,measuring linearity,recovery,precision and standardized calibration method,and analysis common faults and troubleshooting.The calibration and maintenance method is scientifically feasible which could provide some guidance on the measurement of calibration and formulation of verification regulation for Metrological verification institutions to effectively ensure the accuracy and traceability of the measurement data.
