医保制度下的临床路径实践探索

The Pactice and Exploration of Clinical Pathway Management under the Insurance System

镇江市第一人民医院开展临床路径试点以来,入径完成率稳步提高,平均住院日不断缩短,平均住院费用显著下降,药占比持续降低,但也存在着病种变异性和不可确定性、入径病种管理与医生治疗习惯有冲突、患者及其家属的认同感不高、临床路径病种的支付标准难以确定等难点,需要持续改进,提升内涵,深化管理,改革医保支付制度。

] Since the Zhenjiang first people＇s hospital carry on the pilot of clinical pathway, the completion rate of the clinical pathway improved steadily, play with average cost of hospitalization decreased and the sustained reduction in the proportion of drugs. However, the existence of disease variability and unpredictability, the conflict between the management method and the doctors＇ treatment habits, the low identity of patients and their families, as well as the difficulty of determine the payment standard. These all have increased the difficulty.
