煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车驱动控制策略研究 被引量:4

Study on driving control strategies for underground trackless rubber-tired electric vehicles

摘要 以永磁直流电动机为研究对象,进行了煤矿井下无轨胶轮电动车驱动主回路设计。并以二象限型DC-DC直流斩波器为结构,建立了运动控制系统中驱动数学模型。通过对电压控制策略、速度控制策略和电流控制策略的对比分析,提出了采用电流控制策略应用于无轨胶轮电动车可获得与内燃机车辆相同的驱动特性,为矿用无轨胶轮电动车在煤矿井下的应用提供了科学依据和技术基础。 The main driving circuit of the underground trackless rubber-tired electric vehicle was designed based on permanent magnet DC motor. The driving control mathematical model of the motion control system was built with two-quadrant DC-DC type DC chopper serving as the structure. After comparing three driving control strategy such as voltage control, speed control and current control strategy, the paper proposed that the application of the current control strategy to the trackless rubber-tired electric vehicle could obtain the same driving characteristics as that of the combustion engine vehicle. The study offered scientific references and technical basis for application of the trackless rubber-tired electric vehicle in underground colliery.
