破碎机排矿口模糊控制系统设计

Design of fuzzy control system for discharge port of crushers

为了完善破碎机的保护功能,提高破碎机台时处理能力,提出了基于S7-300PLC与WinCC的破碎机排矿口模糊控制系统。介绍了系统结构、模糊控制器的设计优化和PLC的实现。采用WinCC作为软件操作平台,实现了破碎机排矿口控制的参数设置与显示。现场应用结果表明,该系统实现了破碎机排矿口的自动调整和功率最大化,系统运行稳定。

In order to improve the protection function and increase the treatment capability of the crusher, the paper put forward a fuzzy control system for the discharge port based on S7-300PLC and WinCC, and introduced the system structure, optimization of the fuzzy controller and realization of PLC. In addition, WinCC was used as the software operation platform to realize the setting and display of parameters of controlling the discharge port. The field application showed that the system realized the automatic adjustment of the discharge port of the crusher as well as the power maximization so as to ensure the stable operation of the system.
