摘要
在实验室条件下对填料塔脱硫效率进行研究,通过单因素多水平试验确定了影响脱硫效率的主要因素及其影响规律。试验得出最佳工艺条件为:最佳液气比为1.5L/m3左右,SO2初始浓度为50mg/L,最佳填料高度为1120mm。从试验结果来看,粉尘存在对系统的脱硫效率影响不显著,除尘脱硫一体化可使系统的脱硫效率略有上升。
The desulfurization efficiency of the packing tower was studied in laboratory conditions, and main factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency as well as the influential laws were determined through singlefactor multi-level experiments. The optimal technlcal conditions obtained through the experiments were: the optimal ratio of liquid to gas was about 1.5 L/m^3, initial concentration of SO2 was 50 mg/L, the optimal packing height was 1 120 mm. The experimental results showed that the dust had minor influence on the desulfurization efficiency of the system, integration of dusting removal with desulfurization made the desulphurization efficiency rise slightly.
