摘要
提出一种改进型粒子群优化PID控制方案,改进型粒子群优化将粒子速度更新的前一次的改变量引入到粒子群速度更新公式,引入动量因子,减小粒子在速度更新过程中的震荡,收敛速度更快,收敛精度更高。将改进型粒子群优化PID方案应用到磨矿分级系统溢流浓度控制中,对比例、积分、微分系数进行优化。仿真结果表明,该算法计算量小,所得到的控制器参数能够使控制系统获得更好的动态响应特性和满意的控制效果。
The paper offered an improved particle swarm optimization PID control scheme. The last change before particle swarm velocity update was introduced into the particle swarm velocity update formula. The momentum factor was introduced to reduce the particle shock during velocity update process, which led to faster convergence speed and higher convergence precision. The improved particle swarm optimization PID control scheme was applied to the overflow density control of the milling and classification system to optimize the proportional, integral and differential coefficient. The simulation results showed that the algorithm possessed small calculation duty and controller parameters obtained made the control system had better dynamic response and satisfactory control performance.
