摘要
探讨了在实验室浮选机中粒径对煤泥浮选的影响。结果表明,煤泥浮选的累计回收率随着粒径的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势;并用MATLAB软件中的模糊逻辑工具箱设计了一个以粒径和浮选时间为输入变量,累计回收率作为输出变量的模糊逻辑系统,将平均粒径分别为40.5m、250m、450m的试验数据和模拟数据进行了相关性分析,相关系数分别为0.968、0.982、0.963,表明模糊逻辑理论可以预测不同粒径煤泥在不同时间的回收率。
The paper investigated the influence of particle size on the flotation of coal slurry in laboratory flotation machine. The results showed that the cumulative recovery of coal slurry flotation increased initially and then decreased with the increase in particie size, A fuzzy logic system was established by using MATLAB, whose input variables were particle size and flotation time, and output variable was cumulative recovery. The correlation coefficient values between experimental data and simulation data were 0.968, 0.982 and 0.963 for average particle size of 40.5 μm, 250 μm and 450 pan respectively, which indicated that the fuzzy logic theory could be applied to predict the recovery of coal slurry with various particle sizes at different time.
